I have been working for some years with adults and teens from my private practice and also from within Schools as a School Counsellor. I have experience in Mindfullness, Meditation, Buddhist philosophy and spiritual exploration. I enjoy Yoga and have a busy family life!
I am a qualified psychotherapist/counsellor and hypnotherapist and am registered with the National Counselling Society and abide by their codes of conduct and ethics. The courses that I have completed are Diplomas and Continual Professional Development courses required by my Membership. I have around 7 years experience in Mediation within a Charity as a member of Staff. I have experience of working within a 5 Star Addictions Rehab Centre as an Holistic Therapist. I am Qualified in Reflexology and other therapies.
