I am an Integrative Relational Psychotherapist, accredited with NCPS and UKCP, with 15+ years of therapeutic practice and experience. I have primarily worked in drug and alcohol services, including 12-step treatment, and have a special interest in the relationship between addiction and trauma. I have an MSc in Integrative Relational Psychotherapy and have experience in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), and NADA Auricular Acupuncture. I work from a trauma-informed perspective with information through the lens of polyvagal theory, somatic awareness and emotional regulation. I am also interested in gut health and food for medicine, the gut/brain connection, yoga and meditation as resources for well-being and self-healing to support the therapeutic process.
