Penny Parks Training provides courses and workshops to practitioners wanting to learn how to work effectively with trauma and abuse.

The Parks Inner Child Therapy (PICT) model, Diploma course and workshops, have equipped professionals with the information and skills required for working effectively with clients for over 30 years.

The course offers an integrated and complete staged treatment model to guide practitioner and client alike through to wellbeing. Originally developed by Penny Parks as she journeyed through her own recovery from childhood abuse, PICT has proven equally effective for resolving trauma issues and other more commonly presented problems, including: anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders and self-harm, low self-esteem and confidence issues, relationship problems, obsessions and sleeping difficulties amongst other.
