Two days experiential personal development group workshop via the relationship with horses.
This workshop will offer an opportunity to increase
self-awareness and self-development via the relational work with
the horses and with the other group members.
Utilising play, story making, visualisations and games participants will be able to unfold their own journey of self-empowerment.
As horses can mirror back to us what is hidden or unknown, and with their ever present, non-judgemental and honest ways, they indeed can offer us an opportunity to embrace our own true potential.
Groups too can give us that gift, especially if based on supportive,
respectful and non-judgemental relationships.
Together we will be able to create metaphorical journeys of infinite possibilities and reconnections to our own true and honest feelings and ways of being.
During the two days we will pay particular attention to the self, the self in the world, boundaries, trust, assertion, communication and presence.
An opportunity of experiencing and enhancing self-confidence, focus,
awareness, clear, authentic communication and playfulness.
No riding involved.
