Did you know that by supporting causes you believe in and taking time to support and praise others could actually be helping your own physical and mental health too?
National and International awareness days are a good reminder of things you can do for others and important causes you can support.

According to the Mental Health Foundation 'Getting involved with a cause that is close to your heart can be hugely beneficial for both the cause you are supporting and your own sense of wellbeing and achievement.'
