The Mix is the UK’s free confidential support service, providing essential support for young people under 25 who need help and don’t know where to turn.
They also now offer free, in-house telephone counselling to young people aged 10-25 years. It’s an exciting time to get involved, learn telephone counselling skills, receive free supervision and offer short term interventions to young people who might be accessing a counselling service for the first time.
If you want to make a difference to young people’s lives, they want to hear from you! Please note this is a volunteering opportunity and they would ideally need a commitment of one year.
